Job Description:
StrategyStack Consulting is seeking a motivated and technically strong NetSuite – Celigo Technical Consultant to support a US-based retail and eCommerce client engagement.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite technical customization and Celigo integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, support enhancements, and maintain stable integration flows between NetSuite and connected systems such as Shopify.
This role requires strong debugging capability, integration knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment aligned to US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain NetSuite technical customizations, scripts, workflows, and saved searches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Celigo integration flows between NetSuite and external platforms.
- Resolve issues related to order sync, inventory updates, payments, fulfillment, and refunds.
- Debug API errors, mapping issues, and data synchronization failures.
- Support minor enhancements and technical configuration updates.
- Perform root cause analysis and document issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users during issue resolution and testing.
- Support deployment validation and post-release monitoring activities.
- Maintain technical documentation related to scripts, integrations, and support fixes.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of hands-on NetSuite technical experience.
- Strong experience with Celigo integrator.io platform.
- Experience working with SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), workflows, and saved searches.
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON payloads.
- Experience troubleshooting NetSuite integrations with Shopify or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently in a production support environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or eCommerce domain.
- Familiarity with Shopify integrations.
- Exposure to tools/platforms such as ShipStation, Stripe, Avalara, or similar systems.
- Experience with Postman or API testing tools.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus
