AI Analyst / Developer

StrategyStack Consulting is establishing its AI & Automation practice, and we are looking for a hands-on AI Analyst/Developer who can prototype, experiment, and build practical AI agents and solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked on AI/ML projects, academic, self-initiated, or internship-based, and can quickly translate ideas into working tools.

You will contribute to both internal AI accelerators and client-facing deliverables across strategy consulting, IT strategy, transformation, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents to automate tasks such as document analysis, summarization, insights generation, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Build internal tools and proofs-of-concept that improve StrategyStack’s delivery capabilities.
• Experiment with a variety of AI tools, platforms, and frameworks (both coding and no-code) to determine the best-fit solution for each use case.
• Support consulting teams by embedding AI-driven approaches into existing client deliverables.
• Build and refine prompt flows, simple RAG workflows, and agent-based pipelines.
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools, evaluate applicability, and document findings.
• Maintain clean documentation for all prototypes and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, or data analysis roles.
• Strong AI/ML project portfolio — academic projects, internships, hackathons, or self-built AI tools/agents.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python preferred, but JS/others acceptable).
• Good understanding of LLM fundamentals: prompting, embeddings, RAG, agents, and evaluation.
• Ability to explore and learn new AI tools, frameworks, and automation platforms quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with consulting teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, or similar.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud environments or vector databases.
• Understanding of basic machine learning workflows.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML or related fields.
• Strong AI/ML project work is preferred.
