Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst – Program to support a large-scale retail technology transformation program.
This role will play a key part in program planning, preparation of leadership presentations, and coordination across business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to structure
information clearly to drive program success and should have relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support program planning and milestone tracking
Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates
Assist in structuring program materials and documentation
Coordinate inputs across business, technology, and vendor teams
Track key decisions, risks, and action items
Conduct basic analysis of business processes and technology initiatives
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project/program support
Basic understanding of technology systems or digital transformation programs
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to structure information clearly and support planning activities
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent Communications skills & work etiquettes.
Preferred Background
MBA or equivalent (from Tier-1 or 2), graduate with strong experience and relevant skills can be
considered
Prior experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation programs
