We are seeking a Business Development Associate. This position will report directly to the CEO. The Associate will collaborate with CEO to support research, outreach, and early-stage opportunity development.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research target companies, industry trends, and CXO-level stakeholders
- Build company intelligence profiles and identify potential consulting opportunities
- Execute personalized outreach using tools like Apollo & LinkedIn
- Support founders in scheduling meetings and preparing briefing notes
- Maintain the CRM, track pipeline, and report outreach performance
- Collaborate with marketing & leadership on GTM initiatives
- Build Business Plan in collaboration with CEO
- Assist in identifying future staffing needs
- Assist CEO in important meetings
Qualifications:
- MBA with 1-3 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
- Strong analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources.
- Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), CRMs, or lead gen workflows is a plus.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prepare clean, consulting-style decks and documents.
