Job Description:
StrategyStack Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HubSpot / CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of business process understanding and CRM expertise, with hands-on experience in HubSpot implementation and optimization. You will work closely with client stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to assess current CRM setups, identify gaps, and drive end-to-end implementation and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand business processes across lead management, sales pipeline, and customer lifecycle.
- Evaluate existing HubSpot implementations, including pipelines, workflows, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Perform fit-gap analysis to identify misalignments between business processes and system capabilities.
- Define and recommend solutions across configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Implement and configure HubSpot components, including workflows, pipelines, properties, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for integrations and technical enhancements where required.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization to improve system adoption and effectiveness.
- Prepare documentation including current state assessment, fit-gap analysis, and implementation roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub).
- Strong understanding of lead-to-revenue lifecycle, sales processes, and marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience in CRM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, and third-party tools (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
