We are looking for a technically strong NetSuite Technical Consultant (3–6 years) with hands-on experience in integrations, particularly Celigo (Integrator.io), and Shopify interfaces.
The role will focus on maintaining and optimizing integrations, resolving technical issues, and supporting enhancements in a live production environment for a US client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor NetSuite integrations (Shopify & other interfaces)
- Work with Business stakeholders on issues, tickets and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot integration failures (orders, inventory, payments, refunds)
- Debug API errors, mapping issues & transformation logic
- Configure and optimize Celigo flows and error handling
- Develop and modify SuiteScripts (as required)
- Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis
- Support minor technical enhancements within NetSuite
- Maintain documentation of integration architecture & fixes
- Ensure SLA-based resolution and proactive monitoring
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of NetSuite technical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Celigo (Integrator.io)
- Good exposure to Shopify integrations
- Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x)
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs & JSON
- Experience in handling production support environments
- Strong analytical and debugging capability
- Ability to work independently in night shift (US hours)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retail / eCommerce domain
- Exposure to US clients
- Knowledge of middleware architecture & data governance best practices
