- Build the foundations once. Establish security, landing zones, automation and cost management early so each later wave moves faster.
- Measure every wave. Track agreed outcomes for each wave and use the results to reprioritize the next.
- Modernize ways of working. Update team structures, funding and operational support alongside the technology.
